Pretty Breyer Ponies
I have a softness for Breyer ponies, although I only have the one, who watches over me as I work everyday. I love how these ponies are free to roam in this shoot by Chattman Photography! (via ohjoy)

Iben Høj / Summer Knit Wear
The fine details and light knits of Iben Høj’s work caught my eye. The pieces in her collection are very natural and delicate and lovely. See lots more of her work here.

Furze Chan / With Her Animal Poetry
Furze Chan is a multi talented artist from Hong Kong. I especially like her Paper Puppet Kits! Mailed flat and assemble once they get to their new home, they seem like a perfect rainy afternoon craft! See more of her workings and thoughts here and here.

Etsy Find / Studio Fludd
Studio Fludd is a young italian creative collective, after Sir Robert Fludd who classified the perceptible world into 4 realms: sensual, imaginable, intellectual and sensible. Pretty much describes the work I see here! I never have enjoyed looking at pie charts so much! (via the New Domestic)

Anna-Wili Highfield / Paper Sculpture
These paper sculptures are amazing - especially once you find out they are carefully semn together with torn paper. The paper is watercoloured for the realistic touches of bright colour. (all images from the artist’s site)

Random Post
Isn’t it weird when your body starts CRAVING something you haven’t even eaten since your childhood, if even then? I probably ate wafer cookies once or twice at a friend’s house as a child. For two months now I’ve been thinking about them so I finally caved. They are just okay. I think I’m good for another 20 years. (photos via fieldandsea)

Nadja Lavin’s nursery has been featured on many a site but I saw it again today and thought it would be fun to track down some of the pieces that make up the look: vintage gas station number from Lacklusterco ($26); PaaPuu drum lampshade ($65); Nadja Mueller / Lavin’s own chick pillow ($55); Owly Shadow Puppets’ Yeti ($12); Turkish Bath’s lovely fine 100% cotton peshtemal...
